Property Management Administrator (m/f/d) – Part-time (20–25 hours)

Job Description:

Your Responsibilities:

  • Independent preparation, entry, and generation of operating and utility cost statements (Betriebskosten- und Nebenkostenabrechnungen) for our tenants
  • Maintenance, updating, and management of tenant data as well as all relevant property master data
  • Professional correspondence with utility companies, service providers, and tenants, as well as forwarding inquiries to contractors or relevant internal departments
  • Obtaining, reviewing, and clearly archiving quotes, preparing property handover protocols, and managing incoming and outgoing mail
  • Active support in ongoing projects and taking on additional areas of responsibility as needed


Your Profile:

  • Successfully completed commercial training (e.g., as a Real Estate Agent, Office Management Assistant) as well as several years of professional experience in property management—specifically in preparing utility cost statements
  • Proficient with standard MS Office products, particularly very strong Excel skills for data analysis and calculations
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, a structured way of working, as well as a high degree of reliability and team spirit
  • Independent, solution-oriented approach and the ability to coordinate administrative processes efficiently
