HR Generalist (m/f/d)

We are looking to fill the position of HR Generalist in the HR department as soon as possible.

Job Description:

Your tasks:

As part of our HR team, consisting of three HR Generalists and the HR Director, you will be responsible for the complete HR management for a personnel subdivision assigned to you.

This includes the following activities:

  • From recruiting and contract drafting, employee support and personnel development, you are fully responsible for the employee life cycle of your HR subdivision.
  • You will listen to our employees and maintain a trusting working relationship with the works council.
  • You will also take on day-to-day business tasks and general administrative HR tasks
  • Participation in HR projects and special topics as well as the continuous development and optimisation of existing HR tools round off your range of activities

Your profile:

  • Completed bachelor´s or master's degree, preferably with a focus on HR management or comparable training.
  • Several years of professional experience in a comparable position.
  • Social competence and excellent communication skills.
  • Team spirit, commitment and willingness to provide service.
